Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to blur the video background in CapCut:

Step 1: Import Your Video

  1. Open the CapCut app.
  2. Tap New Project and select the video you want to edit.
  3. Tap Add to import it into the timeline.

Step 2: Duplicate the Video

  1. Tap on the video in the timeline to select it.
  2. Tap Copy to duplicate the video layer.

Step 3: Add the Blur Effect

  1. Select the bottom layer (the original video).
  2. Go to the Effects menu at the bottom of the screen.
